How do I return?

• Enter your name, email address, and phone number in the fields below
• In the message field please include your order number and the item you wish to return. 
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

Are there any charges for return?

• There are no charges for return
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. You must purchase your own label.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 5 days of receipt of your shipment.

• They must be in original condition
• They must be unwashed and unworn 

Clearance items, white items, bodysuits, leggings or accessories/bags are not returnable!

How soon will I get my store credit?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
• If your return is approved, it will be processed, and a store credit will be emailed to you within 10 working days.
