One of my favorite things about fashion is finding pieces that can still be styled  several ways. A white button-up has an extreme level of versatility. White button ups can be worn as a beach cover-up office blouse, going-out top, and even a makeshift Halloween costume. You can style a white button-up so many ways making it look like a new purchase over and over again. 

I've shown 4 different examples of fashionable ways to wear a button-up shirt that appeal to a variety of occasions, moods, and styles. Read on to see stylish ways to wear a button-up to brunch, dinner date, vacations and everywhere in between. Getting dressed is about to get so much easier.

Style #1 If you have an oversized button up and it falls within that awkward length between a shirt and dress, consider just wearing as a dress! Throw on your favorite thigh high boots, add some personality to the look with layered necklaces, bangles, rings and a handbag to complete the look.

Style #2  If you have an oversized button up and you want to show off your shape add a corset! A figure flaunting black corset will help you achieve that glamour, luxurious look. You could also use a fanny-pack or belt to give it a little more shape

Style #3 As the seasons begin to change, we tend to forget just how easy it is to repurpose our fall wardrobes by layering them with other items. So don't put your sweater vest away just yet. Make it office-appropriate and cool weather-friendly with a button-up underneath.

Style #4 For a casual look, simply opt for your favorite pair of high-waisted bottoms and then tuck on side of your button-up all the way in. You can also leave a few top buttons undone and add a statement necklace. This style allows you to still be comfortable and allows you to show off the stylish details of your high-waisted bottoms rather than covering them up with your top.
